Hi, My name is Marsha Brick, I'm the eldest Child of Fred and Cynthia Brick. Fred and Cynthia were the founders of Brick’s Fine Furniture, started August 1, 1969, and closed in December 2018. The decision to close the store was made by the 5 children of Fred and Cynthia. After Fred's passing in July 2016 and Cynthia's unexpected passing in July 2018.
It's been 12 years of learning the industry from my Mother Cynthia. She had taken me under the wing and shown me how the industry has grown and changed over the last 49 years. With what I have learned and seen I am taking the next step.
Continuing the family business, I, Marsha Bricks decide to remodel the family business. Changing the business from a Store Front to an appointment base model. Where you can make an appointment to come and see our new showroom at a time frame that will work for you. Business will be open for appointments morning to evening, weekdays and weekends.
My inventory has slightly changed. Now, I am carrying mostly Canadian Manufactures, which include. Brentwood Classics from Vaughan Ontario who make beautiful upholstered sofas, chairs, sectionals and upholstered beds both in fabric and leather. Durham Furniture out of Durham Ontario. Durham has over 120 years of experience creating contemporary bedroom furniture and occasional tables. They have been adding new styles every year as well as new finishes. Bermex out of Quebec which made high quality dining tables and chairs. Buffet has numerous choices in sizes, 100’s of style of chairs with many different stain choices and fabrics. Hypnos Mattress which has Queen Elizabeth warrant. The Queen has been sleeping on them for over 40 years. I also sleep on this Hypnos mattress and have had the best sleep I have ever had. We also carry Century Furniture and Hancock and Moore from North Carolina who have been around for over 40 years.
